This position requires an employee to be onsite at 3200 Labore Rd, Ste 104, Vadnais Heights, Minnesota at least 50% of the time, with some opportunity to perform work from a telework location.

Telework (https://mn.gov/mmb-stat/policies/1422-telework.pdf) is available on a limited basis.

Only candidates residing in Minnesota or a state bordering Minnesota (Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Wisconsin) within 50 miles of the work address listed above are eligible for telework.

Candidates residing in Minnesota and more than 50 miles from the primary/principal work address above may be eligible to telework more than 50%.

Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) is seeking an individual to join our DCT General Counsel's Office (GCO) for an exciting and rewarding opportunity as a Legal Administrative Assistant! As the Legal Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support and services to the General Counsel's Office and its' staff to ensure the office functions efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities include:

Answer and route incoming calls for the General Counsel's Office, providing general information, directing callers to appropriate staff, or taking messages as needed.

Provide administrative support by ordering supplies, managing travel needs for staff in the General Counsel's Office, processing registrations for trainings, and arranging trainings.

Prepare, edit, and format reports, correspondence, and presentations for GCO leadership

Minimum Qualifications

Accounting/Budgeting/Expense skills sufficient to order office supplies and manage office invoices.

Communication skills sufficient to effectively communicate with the team.

Customer service skills sufficient to provide prompt, courteous, organized, and accurate information to individuals over the phone, in person, through mail and email.

Data Entry Performance skills sufficient to analyze, maintain, enter, and retrieve information from various databases.

English language skills sufficient to communicate clearly in verbal and written communication and to write and edit a variety of documents in English using correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Spreadsheet skills sufficient to develop and modify spreadsheets, and sort and extract data.

Typing/keyboarding skills sufficient to take meeting minutes, complete a variety of reports, letters, and summaries.

Word Processing skills sufficient to develop, modify, format, redact, prepare, review and revise a variety of correspondence, records and reports
