Job Title: Finance Systems Integration LeadJob Description
The Finance Systems Integration Lead will spearhead the process aspects of sales forecasting, budgeting, and long-range sales planning in collaboration with the Director of Commercial Finance. This position requires providing both high-level and detailed analytical support to the finance organization, utilizing various financial system applications and data sets. The role involves managing the day-to-day functionality of the Planning system and ensuring its seamless integration with systems such as SAP, Workday Adaptive, PowerBI, and others. The role supports critical business strategies by overseeing system maintenance and enhancements in partnership with finance team leaders. Analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for ensuring accurate data, well-executed processes, continuous improvement, and improved analytical tools.
Responsibilities
Manage the monthly forecasting process in the Workday planning tool.
Ensure smooth opening and closing for reporting.
Create new systems and processes for the finance team.
Support commercial finance in sales forecasting and load actuals into Workday.
Perform deeper analysis to explain variances and provide insights into numbers.
Act as a backup to the Workday Adaptive specialist for sales calculations.
Develop and maintain Power BI reports, including troubleshooting and responding to ad hoc requests.
Manage data integration into the Planning system from SAP, SAP BW, and other source systems.
Lead cross-functional projects to improve sales planning, reporting, and system functionality.
Recommend and implement modifications to existing policies and procedures.
Monitor system upgrades, coordinate testing, and communicate with key stakeholders.
Manage business rules impacting calculations, allocations, and data repositories.
Plan, review, and revise configurations and customizations to meet business needs.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for data integrity and standardized processes.
Document and provide training on reporting and dashboards.
Troubleshoot data and system errors, maintain user permissions and role access.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into application configurations.
Design and support data visualization and reporting solutions.
Create self-service environments for users to make data-informed decisions using BI tools.
Analyze complex problems and implement solutions to ensure financial system consistency.
Create and maintain documentation for requirements, design, and user manuals.
Build ad hoc analysis and coach less experienced team members.
Partner with global and regional teams to ensure smooth budgeting, planning, and reporting processes.
Validate data to ensure accuracy across multiple systems and sources.
Provide advanced training to associates required to become power users of systems.
Act as backup across key financial systems to ensure business continuity.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Master's Degree Preferred.
Minimum 7 years' experience with EPM, Planning, or Consolidation systems utilization and administration.
Minimum of 5 years in FP&A or Accounting experience.
Experience creating self-service content with an Enterprise BI tool.
Proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning, including building and developing in Workday Adaptive Sheets.
Strong dashboard development skills with attention to design and data organization.
Data testing and validation of systems and processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with cloud-based planning and consolidation systems.
Power BI experience, including report maintenance and development.
Experience working in an international organization with multiple currencies.
Hands-on experience using MS tools such as Excel, Desktop PowerBI, Azure, Power Automate.
Strong skills in understanding and writing coding and complex formulas in MS Tools.
SAP ERP system experience with exposure to master data maintenance.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work environment, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. The team consists of 5 members, primarily based in Colorado. The role requires collaboration with a Workday Adaptive specialist, a Power BI specialist, and a team lead. The new hire will act as a hybrid role (Workday + other systems) and will support the team by learning and serving as backup to existing specialists.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
