As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Driver in Newark, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. You will conduct routine patrols, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with team members and visitors. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business interior and perimeter.

Observe and report activities and/or incidents that may impact the security-related interests of the location.

Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior.

Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management and/or site personnel regarding incidents, concerns, or observations.

Support the implementation of site-specific protocols and contribute to a secure environment for personnel and property within the manufacturing and industrial setting.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
