As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Access Control in Clayton, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring entry points and patrolling assigned areas. What You'll Do:

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises.

Assist with the implementation of site-specific security-related procedures and policies.

Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and offering assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors at the facility.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.

Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities in daily reports as required by Allied Universal and site management.

Communicate with Allied Universal management and site contacts regarding security-related matters and/or concerns.

Support emergency response activities in accordance with site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
