Your role involves monitoring entry points, assisting guests, and providing exceptional customer service while helping to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a manufacturing and industrial location.

Monitor access points and verify the identification of employees, contractors, and visitors entering the premises.

Assist with visitor registration, issuing badges, and maintaining visitor logs in accordance with site protocols.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as appropriate.

Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and visitors to address inquiries or direct them to the appropriate personnel.

Support emergency response activities and notify the appropriate personnel and/or authorities as required.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or site supervisors.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Being at least 21 years of age is required.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
