As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible to those on site. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as needed, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the location's operations.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Monitor access points and report any irregularities or suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to support a secure environment within the commercial real estate location.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
