Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales teams. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless sales operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales team.

Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.

Process quotes and orders efficiently and accurately.

Coordinate with sales and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth operations.

Manage order entry and processing using ERP systems.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks.

Essential Skills

Proven experience in customer service and sales support.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Strong skills in order processing and sales administration.

Experience with ERP systems.

Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

Proactive and able to manage challenging interactions with salespeople and customers.

Work Environment

The position is based in a small corporate office in Deep River, offering a collaborative and professional setting.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Deep River, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
