Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Norwich, Connecticut. This is a contract position suited for someone who is detail oriented, thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer support. The role will involve assisting clients with financial and banking-related inquiries while maintaining a high level of professionalism and adaptability.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume call center setting.

Provide accurate and detailed information regarding banking products, services, and loan processes.

Assist customers in resolving issues related to financial transactions, ensuring their satisfaction and compliance with organizational standards.

Handle customer requests efficiently while adhering to established policies and procedures.

Document customer interactions and updates in the system to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements and improve customer experience.

Stay informed about banking platforms and compliance requirements to provide reliable and up-to-date assistance.

Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining composure under pressure.

Deliver polite and attentive service to all customers, adapting communication styles to suit individual needs.

Requirements - At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a financial or banking environment.

Strong ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced setting.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with banking platforms and loan processes is a plus.

Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Adaptable and detail-oriented approach when interacting with diverse customer needs.
