Position Summary
This position will be responsible for assisting and support the development and execution of marketing strategies and objectives in alignment with Kraus-Anderson's business initiatives. This individual will be an integral part of the execution for the day-to day tasks and responsibilities to support Marketing, Business Development, Pre-Construction, and our CRM database.
This role assists marketing and business development to maintain accurate data systems, generate actionable insights, and ensure seamless communication across departments and offices.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists the marketing, business development, and cross functional teams with administrative duties (meeting scheduling/coordination; travel scheduling/coordination; meeting agendas and minutes/note taking etc.)
Prepares and submits expense reports
Processes check requests as needed
Updates assigned weekly and monthly reports
Unanet Support: develops, updates, and maintains the CRM database (date cleanup; creation of reports; understanding of dashboards/widgets; project closeout summaries; training and is a resources to other Users). Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
Assists tradeshow/conference/seminar resource support
Assists with sponsorship, donation, and membership registrations
Assists with groundbreaking and ribbon cutting events
Supports the Marketing Information Services day-to-day operations
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills are essential
Strong attention to detail with problem solving skills
Knowledge of the construction industry is helpful
Proficiency in CRM, Canva, presentation software, Microsoft Teams, and data visualization tools
Demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office 365 - Word, Excel and Outlook)
Ability to collaborate and communicate within the marketing team or cross department environment
Must effectively and professionally interact with a variety of people and situations
Must have ability to multi-task at a high level and maintain accuracy
Must have a sense of urgency and use time productively, maximize efficiency and meeting challenging work goals and timelines
Ability to maintain compliance with all company polices and procedures.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintain a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service to our Internal and External clients.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Associates degree equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with CRM systems (Unanet is preferred)
Experience with analytics

Pay Range: $25.00 to $33.00 hourly, plus discretionary incentive program.
Pay is based on many factors including but not limited to education, skill, experience, training, certifications, and other business needs.
