Pay: $19.00

Schedule: Monday -Friday 8:30a-5:00pm

Kelly Services is hiring a Branch Support Coordinator to support daily operations for a busy healthcare branch. This role is fully onsite and provides front-office, patient, and administrative support.

Key Duties

Serve as first point of contact (phones & in-person)

Complete patient documentation with Sales team

Assist with intakes, ACIS reviews, scheduling, and delivery confirmations

Perform post-delivery data entry

Support PAP class prep and device downloads (CPAP, oximeters, monitors)

Handle scanning, faxing, filing, and audit documentation

Collect billing/credit card info, process payments, reconcile daily receivables

Assist with equipment prep, returns, and basic instructions

Place supply orders and make patient satisfaction calls

Requirements

HS Diploma or GED

2+ years office/administrative experience

Strong customer service, multitasking, and communication skills

Comfortable working in a healthcare environment
