Description

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Concord, California. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth office operations and assist with administrative tasks that contribute to the success of our projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the construction industry and apply your organizational and multitasking skills. Hours are M-F 7AM-4PM.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

Accurately process and input invoices to support financial operations.

Maintain an organized inventory of office supplies by ordering and managing stock levels.

Perform data entry tasks to ensure all records are current and properly documented.

Communicate with customers to address outstanding payments and resolve inquiries effectively.

Collaborate with the project management team by assisting with timelines and administrative tasks.

Answer incoming calls and provide attentive assistance to callers.

Handle receptionist duties to create a welcoming office environment for visitors.

Support general office operations to maintain an efficient and productive workspace.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support roles within an office setting.

Proficiency in data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and supplies.

Excellent communication skills for customer follow-ups and team collaboration.

Ability to handle inbound calls and perform receptionist duties effectively.

Familiarity with invoice processing and basic financial tasks.
