Part-time Bookkeeper

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Part-time Bookkeeper to join a small team in Arnold, Missouri. This contract-to-permanent position offers an opportunity to manage key financial tasks while contributing to the smooth operation of the business. The role is fully onsite and involves working approximately ten hours per week across one to two days, with Monday being the preferred day.

Responsibilities:

Calculate and ensure timely payment of sales tax.

Input and manage payroll reports using QuickBooks Desktop.

Reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Prepare and review financial data to support business operations.

Collaborate with team members to address any discrepancies or issues in financial reports.

Assist in maintaining compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Provide support for audits or financial reviews when required. Requirements - A minimum of five years of bookkeeping experience.

Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop.

Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Experience with bank reconciliations.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

All candidates are required to complete pre-employment screening.

Availability to work onsite in Arnold, Missouri.
