Description We are looking for an organized and meticulous entry-level Project Manager/Project Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves supporting the Senior Project Manager within the IT workstream of a large-scale program, focusing on project coordination, documentation management, and communication facilitation. The position is based in Houston, Texas, with potential for limited domestic travel.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Senior Project Manager to oversee the IT workstream, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations.

Maintain and update comprehensive project schedules using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.

Monitor task progress, dependencies, and milestones across infrastructure, applications, and security sub-workstreams.

Manage and update logs for risks, issues, action items, and decisions to ensure project continuity.

Prepare and refine PowerPoint presentations and status reports for executive-level and stakeholder meetings.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather input and create clear, precise visuals for leadership.

Assist in developing timelines, Gantt charts, dashboards, and summaries of project health.

Organize and maintain project documentation using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.

Ensure alignment between project plans and related documentation to maintain consistency.

Create templates and standardized reporting formats to streamline project communication. Requirements - 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within IT or business transformation projects.

Demonstrated ability to manage project tasks, such as maintaining action logs, status reports, and meeting documentation.

Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Office tools, including PowerPoint, Project, and Planner.

Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field is preferred.

Familiarity with ServiceNow and experience with Agile Scrum methodologies is a plus.

PMP certification or similar project management credentials are highly desirable. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
