Job Title: Production Operator

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Operator where you will work in a cleanroom environment, handling various production equipment to fulfill work orders. This role requires dedication to maintaining a sterile and aseptic environment, ensuring product quality and safety.

Responsibilities

Operate and manage production equipment in a cleanroom setting.

Complete work orders with precision and attention to detail.

Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP) for production tasks.

Perform inspections and quality checks to ensure product standards are met.

Engage in packaging and general labor tasks as needed.

Lift and move materials weighing 50+ lbs as required.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Essential Skills

Experience in a manufacturing environment (1+ year required).

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks on feet for the duration of the shift.

Comfortable working in an aseptic environment wearing full protective gear.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with cleanroom protocols.

Experience with heavy lifting and handling animal products.

Work Environment

You will work in an aseptic cleanroom environment, requiring full protective gear such as a bunny suit, clean shoes, and additional PPE like face shields and gloves as needed. The workweek is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Some tasks involve handling animal products.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winslow, ME.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
