Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience managing HR supplier's performance.
Experience with operational service support.
Understanding or experience in designing and implementing HR processes including tools and systems.
Effective problem-solving skills and proven ability to work collaboratively to find solutions.
Strong operations mindset and proven ability to analyze performance based on data and metrics.
Excellent user facing skills with a strong escalation management record.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$155,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Deliver above and beyond operational excellence within service line(s) in the US, driving service delivery, service planning, ensuring SLAs are met and activities follow process timeliness & accuracy targets across all service areas through continued improvement of operational accuracy.
Serve as liaison between stakeholder teams and the wider team within Googler Experience Operations (GXO).
Lead GXO operations execution related to initiatives and programs, implementing and executing on service delivery improvements and new process/scope changes in this space, including external activities.
Collaborate with the other GXO across regions, Googler Experience (GX) and PXE to intake and/or standardize the work across regions.
Develop deep expertise in the systems supporting Googler Experience service areas, troubleshooting day-to-day issues and consulting with partners on changes to systems infrastructure.
