Kelly® Is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to work at a premier client in Carlsbad, CA.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $60 - $65 per hour

What's a typical day as Senior Marketing Specialist? You'll be:

Driving marketing campaign production and tactics by engaging with internal and external partners to ensure project completion.

Collaborating with Brand and Legal teams to review marketing materials for compliance and guideline adherence.

Organizing, tagging, and posting marketing tactics and content in Seismic.

Managing deadlines, ensuring projects are well-organized, optimized, and delivered on time.

Drafting and deploying internal communications, newsletters, and promotional email content.

Contributing to process improvements for greater marketing efficiency and performance.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a Bachelor's Degree with 2-4 years of experience in Market Development, Marketing Communications, or Marketing Operations.

Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Possess strong project management abilities, attention to detail, prioritization, critical thinking, and creative decision-making.

Are confident in executing marketing campaigns and tactics across multiple channels including email, social media, and sales enablement.

Adapt quickly to changing priorities, show good judgment, and remain flexible in a dynamic environment.

Are self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve business and financial outcomes. - Thrive as a collaborative teammate and consistently go the extra mile to accomplish objectives.

Have proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel (experience with Seismic is a plus). - B2B and life science/biopharma experience is a plus.
