Join a dynamic leadership role within LDH Fiscal as the lead for federal financial reporting and grants management for SNAP and Disability Determination Services. As an Accountant Manager 3, you will oversee all federal reporting, reimbursement drawdowns, and grant reconciliations while guiding a team responsible for draw entries and grant tracking. Minimum Qualifications
Eight years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial operations, payroll, or banking; OR
Six years of full-time experience in any field plus twenty-four semester hours in accounting plus five years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial operations, payroll, or banking; OR
A bachelor's degree with twenty-four semester hours in accounting plus five years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial operations, payroll, or banking; OR
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, management, economics, or statistics plus five years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial operations, payroll, or banking; OR
An advanced degree in accounting, finance, business administration, management, economics, quantitative methods, or statistics plus four years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial operations, payroll, or banking; OR
Possession of a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license plus three years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial operations, payroll, or banking.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as one year of experience towards the six years of full-time work experience in any field. The maximum substitution allowed is 120 semester hours which substitutes for a maximum of four years of experience in any field.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Directs the preparation and submission of all required federal financial reports (FFRs, SEFAs, AFR schedules) related to SNAP and DDS programs. Ensures accurate coding, reconciliations, and adherence to OSRAP and federal deadlines.
Supervises staff responsible for preparing federal grant billings, reimbursement drawdowns, and federal deposits in PMS/ASAP. Monitors funding balances, grant expirations, and required reporting.
Provides guidance to LDH program staff on cost allocation practices, grant conditions, drawdown timing, and regulatory compliance. Facilitates fiscal coordination across centralized and program-specific teams.
Analyzes and validates financial data for quarterly and annual reporting.
Participates in federal and state training related to grant compliance. Develops desk manuals, SOPs, and fiscal training guides for staff under supervision.
