Position Purpose: Provides administrative and staff support to an organizational unit.

Applicants for this job have the flexibility to work remote from home and preferably reside within the state of New Jersey.

Schedules appointments and travel arrangements, gives information to callers, and takes dictation

Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations

Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating unit served

Communicates and interprets administrative and operating policies and procedures

Assists in the preparation and coordination of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, etc

Serves as administrative liaison with others internally and outside the organization regarding issues related to purchasing, facilities, and operations

May use applications such as provider and other information systems for reporting and inquiry

Follow detailed guidelines, instructions and procedures given by management and staff

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of experience in the field or in a related area. Working knowledge of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Prior administrative experience preferred.

Pay Range: $15.58 - $26.73 per hour

Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
