Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.
As a Reporting Analyst, you will analyze and develop executive level insights, and reports and be responsible for planning, operations and sales execution workstreams for the Sales Operations function. You will be involved in providing insights to support management decisions and changes in the operation by assisting the operational manager and functional leads. You will work closely with Team Leads, Operations Managers and Client Stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the different stages of sales prospecting and be capable of building reports in Salesforce to track the leading indicators and other relevant performance metrics and trends
Proactively conduct analysis of those metrics to identify trends over time, performance risk areas, and assist leadership with root cause analysis of any team performance challenges
Prepare executive level reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance meetings
Build out and maintain sales performance dashboards in Salesforce with Sales Manager and Agent-facing views for teams to self-monitor performance and progress to goals
Be responsive to requests from management and stakeholders for adjustments or updates to performance reports and dashboards to ensure consistent, accurate visibility into key metrics
Develop a strong understanding of a complex reporting environment that involves data moving between multiple systems, and actively identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or information gaps so that leadership can align and resolve with client stakeholders
Coordinate and own communication for the Quarterly Rhythm of Business - including Quota Setting and Account Assignments
Required to standardize mechanism for collection of historical data on performance across multiple SLAs and KPI for trending as well as to automate reports to remove inefficiencies.
Translate stakeholders requirements into reporting deliverables
Basic Qualifications:
1 year of experience in a reporting or data analytics environment
1 year of experience creating reports and dashboards within Salesforce.com
1 year of experience in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
1 year of experience managing Client Stakeholder relationships
1 year of experience as a Seller in a Digital Inside Sales operation
Experience with computer programming in any language (Python, JSON, Visual Basic, Apps Script, etc.)
Prior experience with inside sales reporting
