Job Purpose:
The Business Analyst III serves as a strategic partner to business and technology leaders, driving complex analysis, solution design, and cross-functional initiatives that advance key business objectives. This role leads requirement definition across multiple projects or programs, mentors other analysts, and ensures alignment between business goals, regulatory compliance, and technology solutions. The Business Analyst III operates with a high degree of autonomy and provides thought leadership in business process improvement and digital transformation across the banking enterprise.
Job Duties:
Lead and manage requirements analysis for large-scale or high-impact projects across multiple business lines.
Partner with business executives and product owners to define and prioritize strategic initiatives.
Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable functional and technical requirements.
Conduct in-depth data and process analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for innovation.
Develop comprehensive process models, user stories, and wireframes to support enterprise solution design.
Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate workshops and cross-functional collaboration among business, technology, and compliance stakeholders.
Oversee and validate user acceptance testing (UAT) for critical initi
