Our client, a leading organization in the staffing and administrative support industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clerical Assistant to join their team. As a Clerical Assistant, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Clerical Assistant

Location: Gilroy, CA

Pay Range: $22

Shift: Regular: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Peak holiday (Valentine's week): 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Available to work Saturdays as needed

What's the Job?

Greet and assist applicants upon arrival to create a welcoming environment

Provide support during recruiting and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless process

Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently

Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization to maintain accurate records

Assist with ADP tasks; working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now preferred

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; training will be provided

Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Availability to work during specified hours and on Saturdays as needed
