Holds clinical supervisory responsibilities and oversees all PRRC staff, coordinating with care line managers to ensure discipline-specific guidance and collaborative feedback. Responsible for supervision of the staff of the Mental Health Intensive Community Program (MHICM). Will provide clinical and administrative supervision for all MHICM staff. Licensure/Certification. Individuals assigned as Social Worker Program Coordinator must be licensed or certified at the advanced practice level, and must be able to provide supervision for licensure. (b) Skill in a range of supervisory duties which includes clinical supervision, consultation, negotiation with other departments and quality improvement.
