Description We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sunnyvale, California. In this long-term contract role, you will support daily administrative tasks while leveraging your knowledge of dental practices and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize daily administrative tasks to support dental office operations.

Utilize Dentrix Dental Software to maintain patient records and schedules efficiently.

Communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure seamless coordination.

Assist in handling billing and insurance-related tasks with accuracy.

Maintain and update office documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Support the scheduling and coordination of appointments and meetings.

Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly, delivering excellent customer service.

Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.

Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to operations.

Provide general administrative support as needed to meet team objectives. Requirements - Proven experience as an administrative assistant within a dental setting.

Familiarity with Dentrix Dental Software is strongly preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.

Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
