As a Security Professional - Telecom Security Clearance in Buffalo, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout the location. You will also provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and uphold our core values of agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.

Assist in controlling access to restricted areas and monitor entry and exit points as required by site policies.

Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

Collaborate with team members and site personnel to address security-related matters and support a secure environment for all occupants.

Minimum Requirements:

Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
