What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.

Monitor access points and observe activities within the premises to help to deter potential threats or suspicious behavior.

Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and client protocols.

Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel when required, maintaining communication and support as directed.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted incidents and provide reassurance to employees, visitors, and vendors.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.

Possess an armed guard card or license.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
