Director, Marketing for SafeSend and SurePrep About the Thomson Reuters Marketing Team Thomson Reuters' Marketing Team is dedicated to developing and implementing innovative and effective integrated marketing campaigns across a range of industry-leading products, focused on delivering value for our tax and accounting professionals. This role is responsible for setting the strategic approach, planning and prioritization for Thomson Reuters tax and accounting products, specifically SafeSend and SurePrep, delivering on unique customer needs to ultimately drive sales, revenue, and growth. About the Role In this opportunity as the Director - Marketing for SafeSend and SurePrep: Full stack marketingleaderwho can drive seamlessly across teams. Build integrated full funnel campaigns, encompassing breakthrough positioning, messaging and creative assets, to drive awareness and consideration through the funnel Lead, mentor, and influence a high-performing team across product marketing, content. marketing, comms, events/FM/ABM, focused on sales growth and revenue. Define and own a multifaceted demand generation strategy, aligning with company goals and sales objectives for these two priority tax and accounting products. Manage and optimize the marketing budget, allocate resources based on quantitative performance analysis, identify and scale top-performing levers. Build a rigorous performance marketing and ABM program with clear attribution models, forecasting, and ROI tracking. Partner with business and Sales to co-own marketing analytics, identifyKPIs, dashboards, and reporting to provide actionable, data-driven insights across marketing, sales, and customer success. Establish relationships across the organization to bring programs to life through strong product-led expertise and deep marketing knowledge. About You Must be based in and around Minneapolis, Dallas, Ann Arbor, New York, or Toronto CA. 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, demand gen,with deep understanding of marketing frameworks and full channel mix activation BA/BS required; MBA preferred Strong leadership, collaboration, teamwork and relationship-building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organization Stronge-commerce, paid and organic digital experience and CX thinking a plus; deepunderstanding of modern demand generation technologies, platforms and systems. For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $135,800 - $252,200.
