As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary focus will be to assist customers with inquiries, provide information about the available products/services, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Some responsibilities include:

Receiving and placing telephone calls

Performs full service banking transactions in compliance with legal requirements and bank policies and procedures

Provides accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Performs functions including handling cash and other daily transactions.

Achieves sales and referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers to proper bank staff for additional bank products, services and sales campaigns

Maintains currency and coin under prescribed limits

Adheres to bank security policies and maintains confidentiality of bank records and client information

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Ability to navigate and utilize customer service software efficiently.

Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering a superior customer experience.

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.

Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
