Our client in Alma MI, is seeking a Warehouse/Forklift Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse/Forklift Associate, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse/Forklift Associate

Location: Alma, MI

Shift - 1st shift

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).

1+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Basic math and computer skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to following safety protocols.

Willingness to assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

What's the Job?

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

Load and unload trucks, verifying the accuracy of shipments.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.

Inspect equipment and perform basic maintenance or report issues.
