Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant

Location: Irvine, CA

Job Type: Fulltime, Tempoary w/ agency

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support and help manage information and communication within our office. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and basic bookkeeping.

Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.

File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports as needed.

Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.

Prepare responses to correspondence and route inquiries appropriately.

Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent multi-tasking, customer service, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED required.

2 years of relevant experience preferred.
