Job Title: Data Analyst

Job Description

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for handling reporting and analytics, managing communication across various departments such as customer service, quality, distribution, and sales. You will oversee the completion of necessary tasks, including managing trays, planning, and executing projects. Spine experience is considered ideal but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customer service, quality, distribution, and sales teams to provide updates on completed and pending tasks.

Manage trays and coordinate demand planning efforts.

Work on work orders and participate in weekly meetings.

Utilize data analytics to support planning, forecasting, and performance measurement.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field, or 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.

Experience with Oracle R12 ERP and Cognos Analytics (v11).

Advanced skills in Excel with macros (VBA) and Power Query (M).

Strong technical skills in SQL, Power BI (DAX), and Power Automate.

Ability to create tools and dashboards integrating large, diverse datasets from multiple systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Spine experience is a plus.

Familiarity with supply and demand planning methodologies.

Effective communication skills for cross-collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Quality, and Inventory teams.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Carlsbad, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
