As a Security Officer - Bank Patrol Driver in Brooklyn, NY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while fostering a welcoming environment. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible to provide reassurance, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at financial institution locations by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and to observe for any irregularities.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel or authorities.

Support access control measures by monitoring entrances, exits, and visitor activity as required by site policies.

Assist with incident documentation and maintain accurate records of daily activities and/or occurrences.

Work collaboratively with site staff and/or law enforcement as needed to address incidents or emergencies.

Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to clients and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 2 years of security-related experience are required.

A valid New York State Security Guard License is required.

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
