WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Marketing Manager oversees comprehensive demand-generation initiative and ensures close alignment with Sales to enhance lead quality, conversion effectiveness, and overall pipeline development. Job duties include:
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
Build and manage programs to attract, nurture, and convert potential customers.
Identify new audience segments and optimize campaigns to maximize prospect quality and conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with Sales to align lead scoring, follow-up processes, prospect quality, and pipeline objectives.
Stay ahead of trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance digital performance.
Campaign Strategy
Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across search, social, display, email, and content marketing.
Collaborate with creative and product teams to deliver compelling content and messaging.
Test, measure, and refine campaigns to improve performance and efficiency.
Analytics, Measurement & Reporting
Collaborate with Digital Marketing manager to develop performance dashboards and reports to track KPIs, including prospect volume, cost per prospect, conversion rates, and ROI.
Continuously analyze campaign performance to guide strategic adjustments.
Sales Enablement Tools & Events
Develop marketing materials, case studies, and digital assets that support the sales process.
Ensure CRM and marketing automation platforms are effectively used for nurturing and tracking prospects.
Support sales teams with marketing collateral, automation tools, and CRM integrations that enhance prospect engagement and conversion.
Manage marketing efforts for sales events, trade shows, and webinars - including planning, promotion, content, and post-event follow-up.
Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales priorities.

YOUR MUST HAVES:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or demand generation roles.
Proven success in managing digital campaigns that drive measurable results.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
Excellent communication, project management and analytical skills.

This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
