Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hackensack, New Jersey. This role is essential in supporting project coordination, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations across various activities. As this is a Contract to permanent position, it offers an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your skills and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation for team members.

Address last-minute travel changes and resolve any issues promptly.

Ensure all travel plans comply with company policies and budget guidelines.

Support the planning and tracking of project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.

Collaborate with Project Managers to facilitate project execution from start to finish.

Maintain and organize project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.

Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients to ensure effective communication.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle logistics for project-related activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative support or office management.

Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Ability to arrange and manage domestic travel plans efficiently.

Experience in coordinating project plans and tracking progress.

Familiarity with construction documents and project-related paperwork.

Strong organizational skills, including calendar management and meeting scheduling.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in Construction Industry highly preferred
