Administrative Assistant at Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 40-hour, Day shifts.

The Outpatient Clinics Administrative Assistant provides a wide variety of administrative and clerical support as needed. Maintains a positive and professional image when interacting with patients, their families, physicians, employees and general public. Completes various projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

1 year Secretarial/clerical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's Degree

1 year Healthcare experience.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
