Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mountain View, California. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients at the Health Center, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. This is a long-term contract position that requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact, assisting patients with check-in and check-out processes at the clinic.

Manage scheduling tasks across multiple service lines to ensure smooth operations.

Answer incoming calls promptly and provide accurate information or direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.

Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation, including scanning, filing, and preparing correspondence.

Support daily clinic operations by completing administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.

Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure adherence to compliance protocols and uphold high service standards.

Utilize Epic software to manage patient records and scheduling efficiently.

Handle sensitive patient information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Ensure the front desk area remains welcoming and organized for both patients and staff. Requirements - Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.

Proficiency in handling scheduling tasks and managing multiple priorities.

Familiarity with Epic software or similar systems is highly desirable.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards in a clinical environment.

Excellent organizational skills with experience in scanning, filing, and preparing documents.

Reliability and professionalism in managing day-to-day administrative operations.
