Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Join our dynamic warehouse team where you will play a key role in ensuring merchandise is efficiently received, processed, and shipped to customers. As a warehouse worker, you will be integral in maintaining inventory accuracy and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship merchandise to customers.

Track inbound and outbound items using radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure inventory accountability.

Verify orders and ensure accurate entry into the inventory management system.

Operate in a clean and safe work environment, maintaining orderliness and ensuring all areas are free of debris.

Maintain quality standards as set by warehouse management.

Essential Skills

Ability to work a flexible shift.

Capability to stand for at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to perform tasks including pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED.

At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center.

At least 6 months of experience operating motorized material handling equipment.

At least 6 months of experience with RF scanning.

At least 6 months of experience entering and retrieving data in inventory systems.

Work Environment

The warehouse operates two shifts: AM Shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and PM Shift from 8:30 PM to 5 AM, Sunday night through Thursday night. Employees use RF scanners and motorized material handling equipment, maintaining a focus on inventory accuracy and quality standards. Attire is casual, suitable for physical activity.

This is a Contract position based out of Moreno Valley, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $19.75/hr.
