We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support team member to join our team in Hudson, New Hampshire. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a vital role in assisting the sales team by streamlining operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to the success of a fast-paced sales department.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Prepare and manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.

Coordinate sales activities by scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.

Assist in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues to enhance overall satisfaction.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and support for sales initiatives.

Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to help identify opportunities for improvement.

Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer and sales information.

Support the team in achieving sales targets by proactively addressing administrative needs.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales-related tasks.

Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve sales processes.

Requirements - Previous experience in sales support, inside sales, or a related administrative role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.

Familiarity with sales processes and a customer-focused approach.
