Description We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our healthcare team in Washington, District of Columbia. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting staff, and delivering excellent service. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.

Answer incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain accurate records and perform data entry with attention to detail.

Greet visitors and serve as the first point of contact for the organization.

Coordinate schedules and assist with meeting arrangements.

Organize and maintain office supplies and ensure availability for staff.

Compile reports and provide clerical support to various departments.

Handle correspondence and communication in a timely and efficient manner.

Support team members with ad hoc tasks as needed. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.

Strong proficiency in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.

Familiarity with administrative office procedures and practices.

Competence in accurate data entry and record management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in basic office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
