Kelly Services is currently accepting candidates with Administrative experience to work as a A dministrative Assistant to support a busy and growing HVAC/Service Company.

The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks and be proficient in handling a variety of administrative tasks. You will be responsible for processing invoices, matching them with QuickBooks entries , answering phones, and performing data entry. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential.

Responsibilities:

· Process and reconcile AC Technician invoices, matching them with corresponding entries in QuickBooks.

· Answer phones and provide excellent customer service.

· Perform accurate and efficient data entry.

· Maintain organized files and records.

· Assist with general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

· Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and vendors.

· Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience with QuickBooks is essential.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

· High school diploma or equivalent.

Schedule:

· Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

· Flexible schedule may be considered for the right candidate.
