OSP Field Inspector

About the Role

We're looking for motivated individuals who want to start a career in the Outside Plant (OSP) fiber industry. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with construction experience who enjoys working outdoors and is eager to learn.

What You'll Do

Travel between fiber construction sites using a company vehicle.

Inspect ongoing fiber builds and document progress with notes and photos.

Use a tablet to report updates back to the project team.

Communicate with construction crews and follow instructions accurately.

Ensure all documentation is submitted promptly and correctly.

What We're Looking For

Construction experience (1+ year) - OSP experience is a plus but not required.

Comfortable working outdoors and traveling between sites.

Ability to use a tablet for reporting.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Must pass drug, BGC and a DMV

Preferred: Interest in building a career in fiber/telecom and learning OSP processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
