Job Title: Strategy & Finance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Strategy & Finance Specialist to drive operational excellence and strategic planning within our team. This role involves managing internal communications, overseeing operations, and supporting resource allocation. The specialist will play a crucial role in developing/integrating it into key forums, as well as leading marketing investment analytics and research projects.

Responsibilities

Lead internal communications, including Team Meetings, Distribution Lists, Org Charts, and regional Weekly Highlights.

Manage operations for the in-house creative agency, including tech inventory and supplies.

Handle ad hoc assignments, including marketing investment analytics and other value-added research projects such as Consumer Media Trends and Sports Betting.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop the Monthly Performance Report, set targets, and track KPIs.

Coordinate with external partners to manage contractor workforce and lead operational strategy and organizational design for Connections.

Essential Skills

2+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, finance, or marketing analytics.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and develop actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple priorities.

Ability to lead operational processes and manage contractor workforce effectively.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of marketing investment analytics and industry trends, including media and consumer behavior.

Understanding of strategic planning cycles and KPI development.

Passion for advertising and marketing, with an understanding of consumer trends in media, digital, sports, and music.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New York, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $50.00/hr.
