JOB REQUIREMENTS: The County Materials Family of Companies manufactures
and delivers concrete construction products to meet the demand for
growing communities. We rely on our talented and dedicated team members
to provide reliable products with personalized service. We are seeking a
Plant Operations Manager for County Materials in Roberts, WI. Job
Duties: Oversee the daily production operations of the plant. Monitors
operations for efficiency and safety, ensuring that all applicable
regulatory requirements are met/followed. Develop production schedules
to meet internal goals as well as the expectations of customers. Oversee
production staff, including hiring/training team members. Develop plans
for the maximum utilization of materials, machines and team members.
Hands-on experience driving cost-saving initiatives and process
improvements in manufacturing. Ensure proper maintenance of equipment
and building and establish plant housekeeping standards. Other duties as
assigned. Work Environment: Work in indoor and outdoor weather
conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperatures Work near moving
machinery and equipment - could include electrical hazards Work in a
noisy environment Physical Requirements: Sitting Carrying/Lifting 10 -
40 Pounds Standing / Walking / Climbing
Squatting/Crouching/Kneeling/Bending Pushing / Pulling / Reaching Above
Shoulder Experience & Qualifications: A minimum of five years
progressively responsible related experience in production and
operations management. Hands-on experience with day-to-day plant
operations. Knowledge of production workflows, capacity planning, and
resource allocation. 5-10 years in supervisory or managerial roles
(e.g., Production Supervisor, etc.). Involvement in budgeting and cost
optimization. Experience with process improvement and waste reduction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Microsoft
Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with ERP and manufacturing
and sales systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MES). County Materials Family of
