Job Title: Office & Shipping/Receiving Associate

Job Description

This position is a hybrid role supporting both the office and the shipping & receiving departments (on-site 5 days a week). The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations by managing inventory, tagging shipments, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

Tag all incoming and outgoing parts and shipments.

Organize and maintain shipping and receiving areas.

Verify job tickets for accuracy.

Perform inventory counts and maintain records.

Handle ordering of supplies and materials.

Manage third-party billing processes.

Essential Skills

Data entry and Microsoft Office skills.

Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

Billing and inventory count experience is preferred

Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warren, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
