Renewal by Andersen of NJ is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support our fast-paced Events and Retail (EVR) Department. This position plays a vital role in keeping our department organized, managing daily lead activity, and assisting with event and marketing operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage department leads Monday through Friday, ensuring all leads are entered accurately and promptly into the company's main system.

Perform various forms of Data Entry

Maintain lead accuracy and communication between field teams, management, and marketing platforms - this is the top priority of the role.

Assist the Director of EVR with ongoing projects, reporting, spreadsheets, and administrative needs.

Support event research and planning for fairs, festivals, and retail store partnerships.

Create and update spreadsheets and reports to track leads, event data, and performance metrics using Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

Proven experience administrative support, marketing coordination, or data management

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiar with Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
