Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Administrative Specialist that will provide operational support to department leadership and team members. This individual will ensure smooth execution of daily activities, facilities communication, and efficiency of the department.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Prepare reports, manage correspondence, maintain filing systems, and assist with

scheduling and meeting coordination.

Support departmental operations including document preparation, data entry, and

record keeping.

Assist with processing transactions such as discounts, reimbursements, or approvals

using internal systems.

Facilitate accounts payable processes by verifying approvals, coding invoices, and tracking expenses.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries

and ensure timely follow-up.

Assist in planning and executing team events, morale-building activities, and seasonal

celebrations.

Maintain and update departmental policies, spreadsheets, and documentation for internal and corporate review

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel and Outlook

Data entry experience

Efficient verbal and written communication
