Our client, an industry leader in construction and safety management, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager Wisconsin to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager Wisconsin, you will be part of the safety and compliance department supporting project teams across Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

Supervise and coordinate safety activities on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Implement safety measures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Conduct safety inspections and audits, identifying hazards and recommending corrective actions.

Develop and deliver safety training programs for staff and subcontractors.

Maintain safety documentation and report on safety performance metrics.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required; an associate's degree in a related field is preferred.

8-10 years of experience in construction safety management or related roles.

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.

Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
