Our client, an industry leader in automotive manufacturing, is seeking a individuals for various shifts. As a Machine Operator you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient assembly operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Salisbury, CT

Pay Range: $19 - $21 an hour

Shift: 1st shift - 7am to 3pm, 2nd shift - 3pm to 11pm, 3rd shift - 11pm to 7am

Days Monday- Friday some overtime

What's the Job?

Load, start up, and operate manual, semi-automated, or basic automated assembly machines

Ship and pack pieces for delivery

Inspect parts, complete required documentation, and report issues to supervisors

Use measuring devices as needed to ensure quality standards

Assemble parts according to job instructions and training

Maintain lot control system and secure materials for assembly

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to follow safety policies and procedures

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Good communication skills for shift handovers and reporting

Willingness to learn multiple machines and rotate as needed

Warehouse Experience 1+ years
