Job Title: Driver Helper

Job Description

Join our team as a Driver Helper where you will be responsible for efficiently pulling and stocking customer's boxes or items, scanning and barcoding incoming boxes and items, processing work orders, and handling rush deliveries.

Responsibilities

Pull and stock customer's boxes or items.

Scan and barcode incoming boxes and items.

Process work orders accurately.

Handle rush deliveries with urgency and care.

Essential Skills

Experience in warehouse operations, including order pulling and picking.

Ability to perform heavy lifting and engage in physically demanding work.

Proficiency in general labor tasks within a fast-paced environment.

Ability to handle and safeguard sensitive and confidential information.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in English for effective communication with customers and coworkers.

Basic reading and writing skills.

Basic understanding of PC operations.

Work Environment

You will work in a family-owned, deadline-driven environment with a team of eight dedicated warehouse professionals. The role involves heavy order pulling and labor-intensive tasks throughout the day. While you will often work independently, teamwork is essential, and there is a supportive atmosphere. The position offers the possibility of transitioning into a driver role for those interested.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
