Our Client, a Public Utilities company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant Mid for their Berwyn, PA location. Responsibilities:

Mid-level administrative assistants may also be responsible for preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, as well as handling incoming and outgoing communications.

They may assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and other financial tasks, and may also be involved in coordinating office events and projects.

This role requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Mid-level administrative assistants should be proficient in office software applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, and may be required to have experience with database management and other specialized software.

Requirements:

Organized/pays attention to detail, good communication and customer service skills

Candidate MUST haves

Someone who is a self-starter, speaks english, reliable transportation

Years of experience: 1-5 years

Education Level/Type Education requirements/Specific Degree Needed

Experience with outlook, teams, Microsoft programs such as excel and word. Ability to take good, detailed messages from employees for the medical staff. Experience with a patient electronic medical record system is a plus
