As the Sr. Manager, Product Management, you'll lead the transformation of Lowe's marketing technology-advancing BLUE, Imagine, and the creative content supply chain into a modern, AI-driven platform ecosystem. You'll define the technical roadmap, drive platform modernization and workflow automation, and launch Lowe's enterprise generative AI platform for creative content, establishing best practices for integration, governance, and responsible use.

What You Will Do
Own and translate the near-term (one- to two-year) product vision and strategy into actionable roadmaps and execution plans that connect marketing technology goals to measurable outcomes.
Partner across Marketing, Engineering, and Creative Operations to align priorities, dependencies, and timelines for BLUE, Imagine, and content supply chain initiatives.
Develop and maintain product artifacts and communication routines that ensure transparency, stakeholder alignment, and accountability across complex initiatives.
Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement by benchmarking against best-in-class marketing technology solutions and applying insights to advance Lowe's capabilities.
Experiment and validate user adoption before large-scale product investments; use insights to refine platform design, workflows, and user experience.
Build and maintain a metric-driven culture by defining objectives, success criteria, and data needed to monitor product health and impact; partner with Engineering to implement tracking and analytics.
Collaborate with leadership to define investment priorities, articulate business cases, and align cross-domain dependencies to deliver measurable business value.
Lead and coach product managers to strengthen discovery, stakeholder management, and execution discipline while fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
Set the benchmark for delivering quality products across the content platform ecosystem-building usable, viable, and scalable solutions that drive outcomes for Lowe's marketers and creative teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
8 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing.
4 years of experience in product and/or experience management, partnering with technology and user experience teams to translate business strategy into prioritized product features and requirements.
3 years of experience in an agile software environment with demonstrated delivery of business results.
Experience leading project or technical teams with or without formal direct reports, including providing technical direction, thought leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
Demonstrated proficiency in product marketing, with experience working cross-functionally in a large organization and with senior leadership.
Preferred Skills/Education
Master's degree in business administration or a similar advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience leading product strategy and delivery in large, complex organizations-ideally within marketing technology, creative operations, or digital content ecosystems.
Strong understanding of system design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering and Architecture teams on build vs. buy decisions, scalability, and integration trade-offs.
Proven experience driving platform modernization and transformation initiatives, including data and workflow automation.
Strong familiarity with marketing and creative production workflows, digital asset management (DAM), and content supply chain processes.
Exposure to generative AI concepts, applications, and governance frameworks, with the ability to translate emerging technologies into meaningful business outcomes.
Known for an empowering and developmental leadership style-building diverse, high-performing product teams through mentorship, collaboration, and clarity of purpose.
2 years of experience leading a digital product roadmap.
2 years of prior leadership experience with direct report responsibility in a top 25 omnichannel retailer, managing operational and/or project financial budgets.
Strong financial acumen.
Certified Scrum Product Owner.

Pay Range: $126,200.00 - $239,800.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
